ANDERS HÅHEIM
About
Growing up in a small town called Aurdal in the middle of Norway, sorrounded by mountains I started early with both snow- and skateboarding and quickly gathered up enough money to buy a DV camera to document everything me and my friends were doing.
We gave out 2 short films around the age of 14-16, "Spirit og Aurdal" and "Spirit of Valdres" inspired by Jackass we hurt ourself and did our best at snow and skateboard.
Later on i moved to Hafjell and started to ride MTB, i lived together with some of the best riders in Norway,
and my riding was horrible so i figured out why not film them.
Damage Inc. was born and regularly we put edits on the web reaching over 1 million viewers.
Through MTB i got to know Niels Windfeldt and Andreas Braaten, that had started Antimedia,
a small but quickly growing production company in Oslo.
We had very similar backgrounds, rooted in sports and the love for film, so i didnt take long before i moved to Oslo and started to work with them on a full time basis, doing everything from drone-filming, filming, editing, grading, vfx, animations, rentals and what not.
After almost 2 years, Niels and Andreas split up going theire sepperate ways, and i decided to try out the freelancing business.
Focusing mostly on 1st. AC jobs and Drone-Cinemotagraphy, and at nights i would self-study on all things 3D/Animation and VFX.
Luckily I`ve gotten a few jobs doing 3D/animation.
I dont know what the future holds, but hopefully i can continue working with what i love the most.
